LITTLE ROCK (KATV) — An AMBER Alert was canceled Monday after a 3-year-old was found safe in Little Rock, police reported.
Delilah Collier was found just after 11 p.m., according to police. Police did not say where she was found.
The alert was activated after Collier was taken from the scene of a shooting by her mother, Dominique Phillips, 22, and Curtis Marshall, 19, authorities said. Phillips and Marshall were taken into custody when Collier was found. Phillips was charged with first-degree battery, kidnapping, and unlawful discharge of a firearm from a vehicle. Marshall was charged with first-degree battery, kidnapping, and possession of a controlled substance.
Police said officers responded to the shooting in the 8800 block of Geyer Springs Road in the Kroger parking lot just after 7 p.m. When officers arrived on the scene, they found a victim with a gunshot wound.
The victim was then taken to an area hospital and was in stable condition. The name of the victim was not released.
Phillips and Marshall were both being held in the Pulaski County jail.
